Cancellation Policy
Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your lace piece may already be in production or processing, and we may not be able to cancel it.
If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We provide a 30-day return window for unused lace units or hair products returned in their original packaging and condition.
We do not issue refunds for items that have been worn, altered, installed, dyed, cut, or damaged through normal use or misuse.
If a return is sent without approval or outside the 30-day timeframe, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price may apply.
To start a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team must approve all returns before items are shipped back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) based on the original payment method. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with currency conversion or bank charges.

Improper handling, installation, or maintenance may result in damage for which we cannot be held responsible. Refunds or replacements for such cases are at our discretion.

Damaged Items
Each lace unit is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in flawless condition.
An item is considered damaged only if it has a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging imperfections do not qualify as product damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the product and its packaging when reporting the issue.
If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged by normal wear, improper installation, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Crowné Lace Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
